Weekend Heat
Yesterday it was butt hot, I guess it was 100 degrees here but the heat index (it felt like) said it was 108 degrees. Stupid us decided that morning to go to Neal Nature Center and go for a hike. Well, that didn't last long, we were drenched in sweat after about 20 minutes so we decided to leave and drive around Omaha to take pictures (pictures to come in later post), and we decided to go to the mall so the kids can play on the play equipment and we could sit and have a couple of coffee, then go home. Man, I cant wait for the heat wave to end. I guess it is going to be this weekend! Yeah!
Yet another....
Yet another sh*ty day. James went to work today, he took his car so he could get the window fixed and first thing in the morning his car starts to act up. He said there was some kind of griding noise that was really loud. Took it to the shop and I guess he cracked something! Something that is going to cost us 650$ to get fixed plus we still need to get the window fixed, *ching* another 150 dollars onto that! Man when it rains it pores! Send good vibes please!!!
What a day..
Well, what a day we are having. I went outside to take the dogs out and noticed that my husbands driver side window was smashed in. We thought someone tried to break into it. After a little investigation we figured out that his can of compressed air, that he forgot in there, exploded, tore open his tool bag, and smashed out the window. Man! Like I said earlier, what a day!
